In our science unit this nine weeks we have been studying plants! To start, we learned about the what a plants is and discussed types of plants that we see where we live and plants we know about from around the world. Next, we learned about the parts of a plant and what each part does to help the plant grow and live. Students colored and labeled their own flowers. They also wrote about what each part does to help the plant.
Students, I have a question for you: Which part of the plant do you think is the most important? Why?
